Peachie Saxon

Peachie started out in the floral business in the early 1970s doing flowers for her church. While studying to be a flower show judge in 1973, she and a friend were asked to do flowers for a wedding. From this Peachie and her friend started a business called “Weddings and Receptions.” While doing wedding parties, they met a woman who owned the “House of Flowers” and in 1978 they acquired ownership.  Peachie studied floral design under Ralph Null and Frankie Shelton. She is a master gardener and was twice selected the runner up of Designer of the Year, Mississippi Floral Association. Peachie has two daughters, five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, three dogs, and fifteen cats.
